WHAT IS YOUR AVAILABILITY?

WHAT TYPE OF THERAPY DO YOU OFFER?

I offer a range of therapeutic approaches to suit individual needs, including:

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) - Focuses on how unhelpful thoughts affect emotions and behaviors, offering tools for change.

Person-Centred Therapy - Believes that every individual has the capacity for growth and self-actualization.

Psychodynamic Therapy - Explores past experiences to develop healthier ways of relating to them.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) - Helps reduce the vividness and emotional charge of trauma memories through bilateral stimulation.

Clinical Hypnotherapy -  Can be used alongside the above therapies to address phobias, trauma, weight loss, smoking cessation, and more.

I am an integrative counsellor, trained in a range of therapeutic approaches. This allows me to be flexible and tailor my services to each client’s needs. I work in a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate, and empathetic manner to help you find a way forward through the challenges you face.

Integrative Counsellor  with specialist qualifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

-EMDR Practitioner, trained in helping clients process trauma.

- Currently studying Clinical Hypnotherapy to support clients with phobias, trauma, weight loss, smoking cessation, and IBS.

- Significant experience in supporting survivors of domestic and narcissistic abuse, trained at diploma level.

Starting therapy can feel daunting, which is why I offer a free 20-minute introductory session via telephone. This allows us to discuss your goals, explore what you would like to achieve in therapy, and see if we’re a good fit to work together.
